Ms. Pamela Camille Breedlove was born in Kansas City, Kansas and Pamela departed this life on
February 15, 2023, after a brief illness.
As a child, Pamela attended Stowe Elementary School, Northeast Junior High and later attended Sumner High School in Kansas City, Kansas. She was a very bright student and was acknowledged for her many academic achievements. She was awarded Certificates of Merit for Vocal Music, and Science, and a Citywide Science Fair Award. Pamela was a member of the National Junior and National Honor Society and served a Page in the Kansas State Legislature. Pamela graduated from Sumner High school with honors, and left Kansas City shortly thereafter.
At an early age Pamela developed interests in Fashion, Travel, and the Performing Arts. Pamela read various national magazines as a teen, that showed her the opportunities and lifestyle goals she would seek later in her adult life. Her persistent dream developed at a very early age was to move to a Large City where she would be able to pursue her goals of being surrounded in an environment of accomplished individuals and become one herself.

As a teenager Pamela developed an eye for Fashion which would lead to a later business venture of designing and tailoring custom leather clothing for Pro Athletes and Fashion minded customers in Atlanta. Pamela attended Spelman College in Atlanta and graduated in 1980 with a B.S. Degree in Natural Science with an emphasis on healthcare.
During her college years she was an exemplary student and fostered many friendships at endure until this day. She initially pursued a path toward becoming a pharmacist, but later decided to pursue Healthcare technologies. In her later successful professional career, Pamela became a Sr. SAFe Agile Scrum Master, and a certified Senior Tech Business Analyst. Pamela was employed at AT&T, Verizon, McKesson, PruCare and retail. She was a certified SAFe 5 Agilist, and a member of AT&T Women of Business. She worked on leading edge technology implementation projects. Pamela modeled for several modeling agencies including CMT of Atlanta and Click Models Atlanta in her early years after graduation from college. Pamela was active in commercials, print, fashion photography, and runway. Pamela also aspired a career in acting and engaged in formal acting education.
Pamela was very proficient in many forms of dance including Tango, Salsa, Merengue and was a Dancer in the La Perla Flamenco Dance Company. Her love of dance was a significant part of her life that she would continue to engage in until her death.

Pamela had a very interesting family genealogy. She is descended from a heritage of Muskogee Indian, Canadian French, English, Swiss and Spanish ancestry. Pamela’s second and her third great grandfather Mendoza Breedlove lived in the Muskogee Indian territories. Pamela’s 5 th Great Grandfather Henry Yoho was a Revolutionary war hero and spy for General Washington’s armies. Pamela’s 6 th Great Grandfather was born: Aug 1712 Sulzthal, Lembach Parish, Alsace, France and died in the U.S. in 1795 and immigrated from Europe with his wife to start a new life in the English colonies. Pamela’s 7 th Great Grandfather was born in England in 1630 and died in 1689 and her family lineage goes back to the 1500s.Pamela had a deep love of travel and traveled internationally to many countries including the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Spain, and Italy.

In 2018 she was able to incorporate her two loves of Fashion and Travel into multi week excursion to France during Fashion Week. Her motto was “Always be Fabulous!” She was invited to the Jacquemus Rivera fashion show at the Italian Embassy, watched the Louis Vuitton Fashion show at the Place du Trocadero in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower and visited the Louvre and the Palace of Versailles. She visited many epic locations in France during her visit including the champagne cellars of her favorite champagne Veuve Clicquot in Reims France. She also traveled to the Provence region and visited the cities of Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Saint Tropez, and Monte Carlo. Later in life Pamela would return to modeling to become a Lifestyle Model for Click Atlanta doing commercials and she was also a selected in 2021, as a Miss Dior awardee for Christian Dior for being a well respected woman in the forefront of Atlanta community involvement and corporate achievements. Some of Pamela’s most ardent charities were an Ovarian Cancer Charity, A Service Animal Charity, and an Alzheimer Charity.
Pamela was loved by many, and will be dearly missed by her friends, associates, & colleagues.
